Job Dilemma To Move Or Not To Move by viperman: 4:58pm On Feb 08, 2007
which should i choose between UBA and where i am?

Someone wants to get me a job in UBA, but i am still undecided because i'm not sure if they pay well and how it is working there.
The job is sure for me once i say "i want it" , but i don't know if they will paybetter and if the working conditions there are ok.

who can help with advice?

U are making it hard for anyone to advise u becos u have not stated the name of the ogr. u are currently with. But bear in mind that bank jobs are very engaging and u spend almost all ur day working, as for UBA the pay isn't very palatable compared to other banks, but hey! if its better than where u are right now i think u shld make the move. Also know that its not going to be the end of u career, u can always move on from UBA.
