Good news for those been complaining about Starcomm and others TELECOMMUNICATIONS regulatory body in the country, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), would soon publish a list of usable international prepaid scratch cards in the country along with their operating companies. This follows incessant complaints from consumers about such scratch cards that would end up connecting them with local lines instead of enhancing the intended international connectivity. http://allafrica.com/stories/200506020821.html |

This is highly welcome. Now we will know which Telecom company is producing which scratch card. But I still don't see it addressing the issues of Telecom operators eating the credits of their subscribers. |
