A judge of the Ikeja High Court, has found Nigeria's most deadliest kidnapper in history, Chukwudidumeme Omnuamadike, a.k.a Evans, guilty to conspiracy and kidnapping. In a high security, the kidnapper was carried before Justice Hakeem Oshodi of the Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja and was pleaded guilty of the offences committed. The Judge, Justice Oshodi, today commanded that Evans and his gang member to be kept in Kirikiri Maximum Prison while the female members should be carried to the female side. He suspended the case till October 19. 1)A judge issues orders he doesn't COMMAND per se 2)A case can be adjourned not SUSPENDED 3)A suspect is arraigned before a judge/court not "CARRIED" A poorly written report/news article overall. |
