Quick question people ( for those that have done the interview) like how long did it take to complete the video interview. (Time limit per question and idea of the overall time.)

i really dont know to pass that first stage; i have written it 4 times with 4 different mails and not passed it... whereas i have scaled through other GMT programs i had applied for:::::

but i love SC; what exactly do they want in that personlity test

1 min and 30 Secs to answer each question
You decide when you are ready for the next question so the whole process can take 30mins to 1 hr

You have to show [/b]confidence [b] In your abilities and Initiative. So instead of asking ur manager to get it done for you or shifting the responsibility to a [/b]More experienced colleague [b] you should be confident enough to handle situations yourself.
You should be result oriented. get the job done instead of shifting deadlines. You should be interesting in networking. You should feel motivated and excited about New and complex tasks.

when u said portal,do u mean were u attached ur CV on their site?
Cos I don't think u can still access that same place with this same application.
But just try shaa,if it does not work,then reply d mail directly.

Yeah. i access it all the time. I definitely replied the mail, but I went further to check my account if it was something i ommitted, and i couldn't find anything. So i decided to double check here you know. thanks.
