Considering QUITTING your job without another offer on the table?

You may want to reconsider for these 3 reasons:


1. Being employed provides great salary negotiation opportunities.


2. Being employed makes you more attractive to recruiters.


3. Being employed can eliminate desperation leading to a better offer.


I know it sucks. You hate your job, boss, location, whatever it is... Job hunting is NOT what it used to be. It takes time.
 Be patient and if possible, REMAIN EMPLOYED.
