Please advise, can bvn be used to check cash flow to an account by an organisation?
Re: More Bank Accounts To Be Shut As CBN Issues Strict BVN Rules by Nobody: 1:21pm On Oct 20, 2017
Rubbish, does it matter? Other than think of moving the nation forward, you think of shutting down accounts, when senators in Nigeria are richer than some countries of the world.
Corruption has eaten deep. Think of how to solve the issue of hunger, not closing bank accounts.

Hope your account is not frozen?
2 things will make it frozen..... Bvn name mismatch or your date of birth on bvn differs from the one on your account

It's my mums account
BVN name mismatch
She called and was complaining

Has it been resolved?
Some updates on the bvn platform takes time to reflect, others happen fast. It is not predictable.
If your mum has a valid ID card, let her go swear affidavit in court for the correction of names and take the affidavit, her Id card and 1 passport photo to the nearest Firstbank branch.

Thank God.
Like I said, it's not predictable. Some have taken more than a month. Others could be less.

Send my apologies to your mum.
No be you I beg o! Cos I know you don't have a Firstbank account.

Yeah it happens.... Our experiences differs from one bank to another.
Your international passport makes it easier for you to have an account.

I have heard a lot of negative things about Firstbank, and I think it is high time we start correcting that perception about us, in the best possible way we can, to make us Nigerian's bank of first choice.
That's why I'm gonna try to make sure the wrong memories and impressions you have about us is changed soon.

Just trust me.
That's all I need from you.... TRUST
