They tell you nothing but FAST, FAST, FAST results (because that's what people want), when the reality is that there are no "fast" or "immediate" solutions to fat loss and having a great body for life.

Slow and steady, with a truly effective solution that covers your nutrition, your workouts, and your mindset will always win in the real world.

Note: You DON'T need to waste your money on expensive "green tea or fat burner" pills (that don't work) or other over the edge supplements.

WEEK I

MONDAY:

— Drink water, 30 minutes before you workout.
Stretch all your body parts.

Exercises:

Skipping

Walking
I want you to take a brisk walk (fast) from one end of your bedroom or sitting room to the other. Do this for Three minutes (we're progressing) without stopping.

Now, you can drink water and get ready for the day's activities.

THURSDAY - REST

FRIDAY - Take 1 hour long walk (we're progressing)

SATURDAY - REST

SUNDAY - REST

WEEK III (REPEAT WHAT YOU DID IN WEEK ONE)

WEEK IV (REPEAT WHAT YOU DID IN WEEK TWO)

WEEK V

Through out this week till Christmas, I want you to only jog and take long walks. Because if you did it right, you will be lighter than when you first started.

Additional tips:

Now this exercise is not for everyone:
If you're looking for overnight results, it won't work.

— There is no such thing as fat burner belt or whatever it's called.

— Manufacturers are now wiser and put sugar free or diet this and that on their labels. (For goodness sake how can you be eating junk food and drinks and then you expect to lose weight? Is it possible?

— This routine works only if you follow it strictly and don't cheat or give up if you feel pains (remember, no pain no gain)

— If you do feel pain, DO NOT take any drugs. Please!

— Sleeping early has a number of benefits. Early sleepers are less likely to overeat. Eating right and exercising will give you a flat belly only if you’re getting enough sleep.



— Before starting this routine, take a picture of your tummy or your whole body. Write today's date on it with a photo editor app. Then by December 05 (one month later) . Take another picture. Then by December 24 take another photo.

— Then the D-day, Christmas Eve. Take that gown of yours and make other people jealous.

— You can get quicker results by changing your diet, (I forgot to add that).

You can buy my own diet plan (timetable) at the sum of N 1000.

It is catered for Nigerians, and you won't have to spend extra money on other products (it has foods that you would already have at home as a Nigerian). If you're interested, you can send me an email and I'll send it to you.

— But if you don't have money to buy it or have some kind of trust issues (it's normal) I can give you some diet tips to clear your doubt and help you out:

• Exclude the following foods:

- All sugars, including refined as well as natural sugars.

- You must avoid all processed foods containing added sugars.

- Also cut back on honey, fruit juices, and dried fruits.

- Also avoid all starchy foods like rice, noodles, pasta or bread.

— Switch to whole grains like brown rice and brown bread or (leave them out if you want to reduce fat in 4 weeks.)

- You can reintroduce brown rice once your week is up.

• And the following are the foods you can include in your diet:

- Fruits (all types) and vegetables.

— Stick to lean protein and vegetables do this on WEEK II

• Include 1 portion of fruit and snack or nuts in between meals.

I suggest that you season your meals with olive oil that makes you feel full.

Good morning everyone,

For those who are workers. Let me make this workout convenient for you.

> Drink lots of water throughout today. On your way to work, during, and back.

> If you can't wake up early to exercise, or feel you'll run late. No problem. You can do this routine in the evenings.

You might be tired from work activities, no doubt. But the secret to this is immediately you get into your bedroom, don't lie down.

Don't think of what to eat yet. Start to workout immediately.

> If you trek to your place of work. Why not try speeding up your pace.

> If your work requires you sit around all day. You can do the bicycle(pedaling) exercise I talked about yesterday.

For now, those who will really enjoy this routine are those who have a lot of their time to spare.

Drink lots of water before and after your meals.

If you're at home right now reading this and you couldn't make it by 6am. Schedule another time, say 5pm and get up. Success doesn't wait for anyone.

I know your type. I actually do have a special diet for your type. Just that you won't get your results before Christmas, but you'll feel healthier than you started..

But even if I place you on that diet, you would still need to at least exercise a little bit.

Even if it's just to take long walks. Why? It quickens your result and you get to have a toned body after you lose weight.

In summary,
— If you go on the diet without exercising. You'll lose weight in 7 months time.
— If you go on the diet along with exercises. You'll get to lose weight in 5 months time or less (everyone's anatomy is different).

Good evening everyone,

For those who have just concluded this evening's workout. Congratulations!

Did you feel the burn? Great. It's your fat burning. Don't be discouraged. To help you out, let me give you some tips:

Google and download a before and after weight loss photos of a lady (for ladies) and a guy (for guys).

Use it as your motivation.

Drink enough water this night and don't forget to stretch before going to bed.

Tonight, I want you to avoid junk foods at all costs.

If you're not following my diet plan (which I recommend) it would be hard for me to know what you're going to take tonight, so as to advice you better. But I'll try my best.

— Reduce your portion intake
— Drink a full cup of water before any meal you're going to take (this will prevent you from eating too much)
— Reduce your carbs tonight. If you must take carbs, let there be protein and vegetables or fruits present.
— Stay away from Alcohol at all costs. through out this program. And if possible, for your entire life unless you want all the fat to return. There by wasting your efforts.
— Don't eat late.
— Eat as early as you can, then add enough protein (this way you won't feel hungry before the morrow unlike when its only carbs. Ever wondered why if you eat rice or garri a night before you wake up so hungry?)
— As I said earlier, if you feel any pains. Take your bath, lay down and sleep. It's normal, do not take any pain killers.

Yes. Planks are the hardest, especially when you have weight. The longest I can. go is 2 mins. And the last minute, I'll be shaking as if I'm catching cold (but I'm sweating) Can you believe that?

But then they are good. They engage your core (ab muscles, lats, lower back and arms). But the only side effect is that they can cause lower back pain. Because it's your lower back that takes all the load in trying to keep your back straight.

Today you're going to be free from those wicked exercises. Lol.

What I want you to do through out today is to only eat Fruits (not all fruits, some fruits contain sugars - which we intend avoiding in this program, this is why I encourage you to get my meal plan) and Vegetables.

Take enough water this morning, if you haven't taken your breakfast yet. Good, leave that till 12 noon. After eating in the noon. Do not eat again until 9pm. Then drink enough water and go to bed.


N/B: Do not exercise or strain your muscles today. The tissues need to repair.

JOIN THIS PROGRAM BEFORE IT EXPIRES. IF YOU WANT TO DO IT AT YOUR CONVENIENT TIME. YOU'RE NO LONGER TARGETING CHRISTMAS EVE BUT VALENTINE'S DAY.

As you all know, changing your diet is a very good decision here in Nigeria, which if done well will improve a person's health tremendously. It's has been proven to lower high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar.

It's also used in treating pediatric epileptic seizures, Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS), type 2 diabetes, infertility problems, and hormonal imbalance.


Changing your diet starves cancer cells of their food which is glucose and has been used in combination with other treatments to treat metastatic bone cancer. Many people have also reported that the diet has helped reduce the size of their fibroid tumor.


Changing your diet is great in improving the condition of alzheimer patients and much more.
It is highly recommended to change your Diet correctly because eating high fat and high carbohydrate meals causes rise in insulin and fat storage.


It can also bring about the health problems this diet tries to solve. These are problems associated with a high carbohydrate diet.

4) A drop in triglycerides

Carbohydrate consumption is closely tied to triglyceride levels, and one of most well known diet benefits. The less carbohydrate you eat, the lower your triglycerides readings will go. The ratio of triglycerides to HDL (expressed Triglyceride/HDL) is the best predictor of heart attack risk and is one of blood test results to which you should really pay attention. The closer this ratio is to 1:1, the healthier you are.

5) Drop in fasting blood sugar and fasting insulin levels:

Less sugar coming in, less sugar driving up blood sugar and insulin levels. Your levels of C Reactive Protein (CRP) and HbA1c proteins will decrease. These are both markers of inflammation and heart disease risk.

6) Increased Energy:

Changing your diet is excellent at increasing energy. You will notice a burst of energy once you switch fuel sources from glucose to ketones.

7) Decrease in stiffness and joint pain:
This is one of the best side effects of following the a changed diet plan. The diet eliminates grain based foods from your diet. Grain foods have been reported to cause stiffness and joint pain.

8. Clearer thinking

The "fogginess" that accompanies a high carb diet will disappear. The brain is made up of mostly fat and has been reported to run better on ketones than glucose.

9) Weight loss:
Changing your diet has been proven to help a person lose weight and sticking to the diet plan can be very effective for normalizing your weight. However, if you have very high fasting insulin (and high insulin resistance) you may need to add a high intensity exercise program.

10) Heartburn relief:

If you suffer from GERD or other heartburn issues, the symptoms should lessen with the diet.

11) Gum disease and tooth decay:

Sugar changes the pH of your mouth and contributes to tooth decay. Three months into changing your diet, any gum disease you might have will decrease or disappear.

12) Digestion and gut health get better:

You will see a decrease in stomach pain, bloating, gas etc. These are all associated with grain and sugar consumption.

13) Mood stabilization:
Ketone bodies have been shown to be beneficial in stabilizing neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine which result in better mood control.

As a way of motivating you guys, I have gotten a picture of the kind of results (not overnight results tho) you can get if you're determined. The tips I'm giving above is very similar to what this lady in the picture did to get her results. Coupled with Perseverance, Passion and Discipline. The exercise guides and diet meal plan that I give can get you there too.

If you don't want to lose your belly fat before Christmas, no problem. You can start at your comfort.

But if you've started with me since the inception of this program. I can bet you that before January you would have gotten enough results.

The best thing about this my program is that, you'll start to lose weight in places you never thought of. You may even lose weight in general if you're not careful. He he, good news.

Remember, the secret to losing any kind of fat is total dedication coupled with dieting and exercising. You can't forego one. It has to be balanced.

After every workout. Do not forget to have enough sleep.
Sleep is very vital in this our program.

If you feel pains, don't worry, it means your workout is effective.

Having enough sleep repairs your torn tissues and heals your pain.

Some people have purchased and ordered the diet plan already and are already noticing some changes (coupled with the exercises.) But I don't know why they haven't come to drop their testimonies yet.

Anyways, as long as you're happy. Continue to work in silence let your success make the noise. You've come this far. Do not give up.

Please avoid anything coffee throughout this period of your transformation etc. By the way, the only approved drink in my meal plan is Green Tea.

We have less than a week to Christmas.

If you diligently followed this workout routine since November when we started, I'm sure you would see great improvements by now... Especially those who purchased the meal plan I plan I recommended.
