If you have done everything right and submitted valid documents, you will soon notice "APPROVED" and "BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBERS” on your registration status within the next. Once you noticed this, prepare your documents (the ones you have earlier scanned and uploaded into the portal), and take them to your drop office and file them in exchange for your certificate.
