[center][/center]Proposed investor Funds Of N1.5 Million For Yam Farm Project.

There is a need of a cash flow of the N1.5 million [N1,500,000] to complete a farm project that
was started few months back which already has a ready made buyer who will come to pick them up
once its time for harvesting by mid year 2018

Currently right now, I have secured a farm land of 5 hectares [75 plots] which is to be used to plant
20,000 tubers of yam within a period of 9 months before harvest.

The farm land has already been cleared, 17,000 heaps has been done and fertilized.

The rest of the 3000 is currently been worked on as you read this letter sent to you.

Also an irrigation system has been created which is currently what is been done on the farm right
now to ensure that rainfall does not pose a threat to the farm land during the period of dry season.

And lastly, Workers has been employed who will stay and live on the farm during the duration of
the planting season till the harvesting period.

Right now Over TWO Million Naira [N2,000,000] has been spent on this
project excluding other miscellaneous that has been spent on and money that would still be spent
on the farm

This is a letter to seek for a cash flow of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Only [N1,500,000] to help complete the farm
project before December 15, 2017 to be used to procure the yam set [seedling] and other necessary arrangement am putting in place to ensure the harvest is part of the EARLY harvest that gets to sell at the highest price for
each of the yam tuber around june/july 2018 as we have currently planted close to 10,000 heaps at the moment.

I am proposing that the profit on this FIRST harvest would be shared equally among those who
participate in the raising of the funds based on the amount of funds donated to help support this
completion of this project.

If this project can be completed before the said date.

Each tuber of yam would be sold for between N450-N550 per tuber making profit at the end of the harvest to be between N9,000,000 and
N11,000,000 which will be shared among those that helps with the funds according to the amount
that was raised by each individuals.

The worst case scenario that can happen as regards pricing would be to sell at the lowest price of
N250-N300 Per tuber if it goes beyond the period of harvest which would still make the total income
of N5,000,000 – N6,000,000

What this means is that at the end of the day.

Everyone still goes home happy after this planting season and completion of the entire cycle which
takes 7-9 months.

For Example, If a tuber of yam is sold at the cost price of N400 per tuber, That would give a sum of
N8,000,000 that would be raised at the end of the harvest period.
Money would be shared accordingly in the following ratio

Above is just a scenario of how the profit entire money raised would be shared IF sold at N400 per
tuber [PRICE MAY DIFFER] which shows that the investment gives out about 100% returns

Q: What if I need my money before the end of the harvest say after 3 months after
A: The agreement on this proposal is only till the harvest period as there wont be any excess money
lying around. But should in case this happen, You will give us a grace period of 30 days to get back
your capital without ZERO interest since you will be voiding the agreement of waiting till the harvest
period.

Q: What if I have less than N500,000 to start? Does it count?
A: The money needed is a total of N2,000,000 and not more. If you want to start with something
lower, that would only increase the amount of the investors needed to complete the N2,000,000
capital needed. But we wont be able to go below N200,000 as capital coming from one person.

NOTE: We have already received a funding of N500,000 which is why the total left is N1,500,000
Q: What if I bring in One Million Naira.

A: That would be good because we would only be needing an extra One million more and it would
also mean more profit for you during this ONE planting season that your money would be used for.

Q: What’s the guarantee if all does not work out as planned.
A: One of the powers that we have is that there are already prepared buyers for this yam which is
why am going fully into this as they would be needing it during the harvesting period which is why
lots of resources has gone into it. Should incase everything goes not according to plan. All investor
would have their capital back sent to them as a plan B arrangement is definitely been made to
ensure that the capital of both myself and investors fund is secured.

Q. What if I plan to come in by January, 2018?
A. By then, we would not accept any funds as it would have been late to be part of those that would
be involved in this project. This project using the funds needs to have been completed by December
15th 2017 to allow for other areas to be taken care of to allow everything go according to plan
