I doubt a company like Chevron would conduct offline test for job seekers, and since you didn't apply for it my first guess would be that that is a Phishing attack, by the time you download that offline test you probably would have downloaded a malware, you can also check the senders email address, it would also be fake or something chevron wouldn't use.

i got this too, sender is donotreply@chevron.com. it seems odd for chevron to test candidates this way anyhow
