I will wait to here the full gist before condemning any acts, No one is innocent yet. We are talking about money here and everyone (Innoson/GTB) is trying to protect his business

Obtaining public funds through loan is normal, refusing to pay back while living large on the proceed of what the loan was meant for is a criminal offence.

Let him go and renegotiate the terms and conditions of repaying his loan.

Like a commandor style, GTB via EFFC stormed Innoson Enugu residential home,arrested and transferred him to Lagos like a common criminal without any prior invitation.

As a result,hundreds of factory workers from Innoson factory Emene Enugu staged a protest over what they described as the illegal arrest of Innoson and his transfer to Lagos by EFCC organised by GTB.
