Please I need an apartment on Lagos mainland asap. Due to my lifestyle (travel a lot), I'd prefer somewhere I can pay quarterly or monthly. Found one but #60,000 per month is unreasonably high for me. Neat/decent structure, proximity to a major road, good electricity and guaranteed water supply are key factors I'm looking for. Ikeja-Yaba axis preferably.
