if you don't know what a clean city is tell me let me help you with a picture. You see more than 10 billion tripso of sand on the sides of your road and you are calling the city a clean city. Shame!!

This is a cute little hotel.
But the guy could have tried to make it a two storey building. With all the big lobby downstairs,Kitchen and Laundry, i'm wondering how many rooms will be left for lodging upstairs. Like 5 rooms? Unless he plans to build another set of rooms by the side. Then you wonder where will the pool be and parking?

Anyhow, kudos to anyone trying to create jobs in their community no matter how small.

Anambra1st son,
Please don't be offended. i appreciate your great updates.I don't think it's courteous to put people's faces online without their permission. Unless they are already celebrities. Please always blur out people's faces when you post. If you won't want me to take your picture at a function and post your image on NL, you can do those people a little respect by blurring out their faces. It's just a basic etiquette to respect other people's rights and privacy. Emulate how people like Spyder880 never post people's pictures online no matter how much he wants to show what is behind the pictures. Even when the people are laborers or groundnut sellers.

Buckingham court is a residential building owned by Mr Chinedu Celestine Akajiobi "AKUAMIA" (Chairman, C & C Property Developers Limited), which I copied from celebrity magazine online

You were trying to make jest when I was serious about what I was saying. When I am serious, I am a bit hostile.

I am sorry for sounding harsh but I needed to get some information. I am planning something when I get home.

, there's something I've observed and I don't know if you have too, most of the hotels you showcase here though owned by Ndi Anambra but most of the workers there are not from Anambra. Very many are non Igbos especially around Awka and Nnewi area.
Any reason for that or is it that Ndi b'anyi look down at such jobs?

Guys let's be frank, Ozubulu and Nnewi had merged, Oba, Nnobi, Awka etiti and Oraifite are about to merge with greater Nnewi metro area too. I'm not against this but this should be well managed bikonu.
Those in the know already know Ekwulobia, Oko, Isuofia, Amaokpala etc are increasingly merging too and this is our 4th largest metro area in this state.
The state government should please be proactive in providing necessary infrastructure or reduce the hot money flushing into the state like mad especially in the real estate economy.
We shouldn't forget the Okija, Azia, Uli, Ihiala axis as well already merging.
Our oil city of Anam and environs already merging with Onitsha too.

God knows what Anambra will look like in 10 years time.
