If yes, you need to take certain measures to protect yourself from the extreme cold. In addition to wearing a body warmer, always wear thick socks and try to cover your ears.

Have you taken Actifed tablets? They clear Catarrh fast. However Actifed tablets causes drowsiness, so be mindful of when you take it.
