A Nigerian lady, Angela Nwosu, AKA Angel part took to Facebook the solutions for ladies who are having a lot of discomfort with a smelly vg, she wrote this "Ladies, Let me give you this tip... Anytime you notice your vagina has a foul odour, get a very good yoghurt, pour a little quantity on a sanitary pad, wear it for like 30 minutes, remove it and wash your vagina with just water. If you are comfortable with using a tampoon, then dip the tampoon into the yoghurt, insert it into your vagina, leave it there for 20 minutes, remove it and wash your vagina. She is very right, as a medical personal I meet alot of women who have infection they usually call toilet infection Which is usually yeast infection something that has to do with lack of ballance of the yeast in there So technically yoghurt has good yeast so it can do just that Yogurt contains live bacteria and yeast. The immune system usually controls bacteria and yeast in the body to prevent infections. 1 Like |
