my first advice is don't take all those so poisonous and toxic substances that go by the name herbal medicine.

The so called toxic and poisonous herbs as you claim are what chineses and indians dumb into our market and people buy due to the fact that they are imported.
Funny enough, some will even pay #10k for chinese weight loss tea not knowing the active ingredient is corn silk...
