Birth and marriage certificate, passport copy
AI german (or bsc could suffice according to latest updates )

Good evening all, please Graz University of Technology application opens next month till September 5th, and they require documents to be sent to them via postmail not email and the documents has to be authenticated at MOE/MOFA and legalized at Austrian Embassy.

I have done my MOE/MOFA authentication already, but my verification/legalization appointment date is August, is it advisable to send the authenticated documents for application still...I am applying for Software Engineering and Management.

Additionally, please which couriers do you advise to use to send the documents ASAP, thanks.

Apply to as many schools as possible using good Motivation statements. The schools will assess and let you know.

If you meet the criteria to get admission from the school.

Send an email to the admin in charge of your course in the school and ask them any questions you have. Also prepare to send your documents to Klagenfurt.

You will scan your bsc certificate and transcript to your attaching two emails of the ministry to it for your school for confirmation and your school have to respond directly to the mail attached to the message
