You are probably a very nice person and i have seen ur post in romance section but i think your friend is not telling you the whole truth, its an illegal business and there is no guarantee that after paying thousand that the marriage will go through and he gets his Canadian paper, there is nothing the man involved will do if the lady refused to go ahead with the arrangement even after pocketing the money.

Yes they are always desperate, many eastern Europeans here do it, foreigners are their cash machine, they can disappear with ur money, u can't call the police or report them to any authority, there is no aggrement signed, we are talking about thousands of £ &$s here.
