Yes... Go to the court and get a quit notice.. The tenant will be served by the court Bailiff... He will be served a notice to quit the premise thrice and what he owes... If he refuses to still leave, then he will be summoned to appear before the court... It's time and money consuming Most tenants give up, pay up and leave If you can stick it to the end, it's worth it. You can claim damages also... Some court registrar's are helpful 1 Like |
