The Agent set didn't try!! He couldn't produce different fraudulent document! He had to give them the same! angry grin grin grin
Poor applicant
Ivan12,

That's what most agent do, there are particular bank statements they use for visa application, most especially when the applicant family are not buoyant enough to stand up as a sponsor to them. So, They use this bank statement and other fraudulent documents as the sponsor to the applicant.
I believe the AGENT, will frame up an inspirational story and advise the applicant in question to search for other country.

People need to be careful of the agent they use!
When an agent starts giving 100% assurance you will have your TRV APPROVED! You should start thinking if it is legit because no agent can assure 100%

I am sure the agent will still collect his money! I feel bad for the applicant! A few research online would have helped him and prevented him from five years!

Please what is GCMS Notes? [qauote author=Frankrobbn1 post=65869727]
10shuare,

Did you order for your GCMS Notes?
Since your sponsor is no way related to you. Third Party sponsorship must show commitment towards financing your studies in Canada by paying full tuition and transferring funds into your personal/dorm account for your living expenses, this way your sponsor has proved to be a credible one before a visa officer and must certify the visa officer that funds will also be made available for the subsequent year of study. Third party sponsorship, must prove that aside sponsporing you, all financial obligations will be meet, i.e by writing convincingly that sponsporing your studies in Canada won't be a burden to their business, family and personal welfare. Sponsor should write convinincly why he/she is spending so much on you to further your education abroad, having that similar programs are offered here in Nigeria and at a cheaper rate in favour of your sponsor. What they stand to gain from this sponsorship. All this clauses must be seen on your sponsor letter of sponsorship. With this you have tackled insufficient funds.

All the best!
10shuare,

A GCMS NOTE - Is a note that gives the factual reason to why a visa officer refused your application.

Use the below link to order for your GCMS Note. It goes for $5, but you will need a Permanent Residence of Canada, a citizenship , a Visitor, or a student who is legally residing in Canada to help order for this note. As it will require inputing their address on the form, filling the form and resending it back to them to order the note on your behalf.

Or better still, ask for the person's address over there in Canada, download the form and complete payment here in Nigeria.

Ivan12,
Most applicants don't need that stress of going through visa application, some believe that the Visa process is something tough that they can't do by themselves. So, they hire an agent to do the running around and of which they don't know the progress of their visa application. And of course yes! The agent will surely collect his pay for his services without letting the applicant know of the ban.

10shuare,
No sir/Ma, GCMS NOTE - is a note that gives further clarification on what went wrong on your application and the factual reason behind your previous refused application, this is not a refusal letter because I believe that's what you meant by the above statement. So order for your notes.

It all boils down to your previous inflow or credit history.

if you've been receiving deposits similar or greater to that amount in the past, its no lump sum

SOP review
Those that needs help should pm

In other news, GVC will only collect your money and give you an additional 5 years ban to Canada. Other countries may frown about that if they get such info about you.

Pls if your sponsor resides in the Uk and the account for sponsorship is a UK account, does it have any negative effect. (A reason for them to say you did not prove that you will come back because of your family ties)The sponsor travelled and didn't come back but is now a legal permanent resident?
How can someone request for a GCMS note?

To be honest , this would depend on the relationship to your sponsor. A close family member like parent or sibling wouldn’t dent your application , if it’s a distant family member or friend irrespective of where they are that generates more scrutiny. Make sure you show as much as possible the sponsor is truly willing to pay for your expenses and not just a front for the purpose of securing a visa

Hello guys.

If my sponsor is my uncle will his birth certificate and my mum's birth certificate (the same surname) and a copy of my mum's international passport data page (with my surname) suffice as proof of relationship.

Also, since my uncle is my sponsor, is it necessary to add my dad's land documents..

Finally, he wrote in his LOS that the reason sponsoring me is cos " I have shown a great sense of duty throughout my educational career and I have great motive for research and innovation" please is this reason solid enough to convince the VO..

Thanks for always responding guys...

Actually it's an account my sponsor saves money in. There's a deposit of 4 million that has been there since November last year. The 600k came in recently in two bits of 300k each from different people.

So do you think it qualifies as lump sum deposit?

Have you checked your account? I think MUN has concluded admission process and sent emails to applicants.

No they haven't concluded admission process just yet. Those applicants that have already received admission offer probably applied long before December 2017. Apparently the admission is done in batches and majority of applicants haven't been updated on their admisison status yet. Cheers

faroouqq,

The bolded is okay to show proof of relationship, also remember to add your sponsor int'l passport bio data page, if possible get your mom marriage certificate to evident that they both once shared the same family name.

Yes add your family landed property as this will serve as a strong tie to you than your uncle property. Make sure you get a letter from a lawyer showing a deed of transfer between you and your parents showing clearly that the landed is part of your inheritance from them. This should go best!

Find a compelling reasons to why he is spending so much on you, using only the bolded isn't convincing enough and what he stands to gain/get from this sponsorship.

All the best!

mightyola,
Yes this is to evident that such amount of money truly came out from their account. So add both your sponsor and your bank statement while submitting your application. Also, endeavour to quote the date of the transcation and attach transfer receipts.

Lemia,
If there have been traces of inflow and outflow of the said amount of money on the bank statement before, this is not a lump sum deposit.
Lump sum is when funds that haven't been in existence/seen in an account statement before, came in all of a sudden towards the time of visa application.
