What is Yoga? Yoga is a physical practice that stretches the body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet,from the occipital frontalis to the flexor digitorioum, it has a wide range of benefits which include stress relief and depression,. My name Tosin Ajayi. A 500rys qualified yoga instructor, tutored at Madoka yoga wellbeing institute,(MYWI). A registered organisation in Nigeria and  a Yoga alliance accredited school. Yoga alliance is the world body of Yoga. Yoga has many benefits ranging from the physical to the mental with proven sources. Helps with depression, chronic back pains weight loss and stress  just to name a few.Anxiety and depression association of America (ADAA) in 2015 linked yoga to lowering levels of cortisol the stress hormone. Stress is a silent killer in our society today. So silent that one might not even see the signs.  This can lead to many other things which include depression, a deadly phenomenon which is creeping up on most of our youths today. This phenomenon NEEDS to be tackled, with the constant practice and encouragement of Yoga. Yoga is a physical practice. There are also many benefits to the practice of Yoga. This is me being up to something bigger than my myself. Please help use your platform to spread it to everyone.. We have our studio at 27 Olorunlogbon Street Anthony Village.
