Before I proceed, let me clarify some aspects of my argument:

When I say Blacks, what I mean is people that live south of the sahara desert. That is parts of Western Africa, Southern Africa and Eastern Africa. It also applies to black people in the west who originated from these geographical locations as a consequence of slavery or other forms of migration, who haven't had their bloodline tainted with the bloodline of people who aren't black.

Secondly, when I say black people, I don't mean every black person, but the vast majority of black people. So definitely, there will be some outliers and few exceptions, but the vast majority would fit my argument.

One thing we all should understand is that we live in a universe of balance. Nature always finds a way to balance itself. There is always a balance in terms if how qualities are distributed.

When I say Black people are the strongest group of people spiritually, what I mean is that they have a stronger connection to nature, to the metaphysical realm and to their spirit self. I mean that the barrier in humans that prevents them from accessing their spiritual side is weaker and sometimes even nonexistent in black people. Black people are also immune to lots of devices of entities and beings in the spirit/metaphysical realm. This is also why black people have the natural tendency to be very religious and to have a strong yearning for the divine.

What I mean when I say black people are intellectually the weakest is that they don't have the ability to access and utilize their cognitive potential like other groups of people can. They are the weakest in exhibiting the ability to reason abstractly, think critically and solve their own problems by creating efficient solutions to them. They also lack the ability to build functional and progressive societies. The low cognitive functioning of black people makes them very likely to be extremely tribalistic and unable to make collective unifield decisions that serve the future rather than the now.
All this is evident in the historical and current state of black societies. Black people have always been at the lowest rung of the ladder in terms of development and scientific advancement. This is also the reason why they've been been enslaved and dominated by other groups of people throughout history.

If that is true you wouldn't see black people leaving the largest black nation on earth (Nigeria) to out perform 'whites' in their own educational institutions, neither will you see 'yahoo yahoo' boys outsmarting whites in financial fraud. (They created the current financial system)
The black mans greatest problem is ethnicity and tribalism created by the 'scramble of Africa' where black were nations were divided across tribes and nations made from strange bedfellows.
This has resulted in a civilisation where meritocracy is thrown out of the window and the best are not allowed to rise and lead(Tribal politics). Europe was in a sea of wars until they lost their tribal identity or justice became the rule of law, the welsh,Scots,saxsons norman Germania tribes etc. Africa needs leaders that (not shun) but punish tribal politics and encourage both moral and intellectual meritocracy.
