ABConcept Int'l is about embarking on another project a residential building on a half plot measuring 12.5m by 18m, containing three large bedrooms with in-suit WC/SHO, kitchen, store, family lounge and dinning, anteroom with luxury balconies all at first floor and the ground floor contains two standard bedroom with detached WC and SHO, kitchen, store family lounge and dinning. The site excavation was done six weeks ago... Sorry i have not been able to post updates as promised... This is because of the recent projects especially with NDDC proposed estate at Akwa Ibom.

This project is properly registered with the Authorities with with BOQ costing of #16m with finishes...

Here is the progress so far...
