It's not hard to understand why Seun doesn't pay attention to here, this was meant to be an opportunity to say who should lead the section rather than throw complaints about new features. small steps

In my opinion, the thinking pattern of the average Nigerian man is partly responsible for the mediocrity and pull-them-down syndrome that's prevalent on this board.

The average Nigerian likes to claims superiority over others, hide his flaws, and is secretive to the point he can hardly establish trust in order to advance.

I strongly suggest that Seun try to entice one or two posters to post good content that can assist newbies to get started and do a little bit of moderation for the troublesome ones.
I say this because my previous attempt to start what I considered good discussions was resisted with those flaws I mentioned in last paragraph.

you need not beg for JOB...let your work speak for you.

As an I.T person, you really do not even need to search for JOBS....let your previous works do that for you.

The issue of nairaland's programmng section has been analysed nd discussed a lot in d past. The way i see it,seun,as a businessman, would b inclined to making decisions that swell the bottom line first and over and above other (lofty/laudable ) considerations.
