JAMB RELEASE CHANGE OF COURSE AND INSTITUTION FORM

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the Change of Course and Institution form for candidates who sat for the 2018 UTME.

****WHY YOU MAY NEED CHANGE OF COURSE/INSTITUTION FORM?
The change of course and institution is meant for the candidates who score below average for a particular course or Institution.

OR
Candidate who wish to change from a Particular course with More Traffic to a less Traffic Course.

It is also meant for candidate who are admitted into another department which is different from the course they choose while feeling their JAMB form.

***OTHER CATEGORIES OF DATA CORRECTION:
You can also edit or amend any of the following errors made during JAMB registration. This data corrections can only be done before the closure of the JAMB Change of Course/Institution form.
