Job Position: Operations Executive

Job Description: Supervise and oversee business operations. Manage employees, operational costs and company assets to ensure excellent services are provided to clients, realizing gainful income and sustainable growth for the firm.
Responsibilities
• Oversee operations of the organization and ensure smooth efficient services are provided to customers of the business.
• Continually monitor and analyze current system of operations of the business to check for efficiency, and work out strategies for improvement where necessary.
• Train and supervise employees daily to ensure maximum productivity from staff and overall growth of the organization.
• Measure staff performance regularly and provide daily reports on operations of the business.
• Control operational expenses; devise strategies to enable the organization gain value for its investments.
• Identify potential markets for the business and implement marketing strategies to gain new clients and retain existing customers.
• Manage quality assurance programs to be implemented and ensure services rendered by the firm are top notch.
• Account for operational facilities of the firm, ensure efficient usage and proper maintenance of company assets.
Qualification
• Minimum of OND in a business management related field from a reputable institution.
• 1 – 2 years working experience in a sales role.
• Professional certification in project management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Candidates must have good leadership skills, coordination, good judgment, problem solving skills, must be proactive, a go-getter, analytic and resilient.
