By natural juice i hope you don't mean juice in the carton? Coz that one is equally unhealthy.

The only 100% healthy drinks are water and freshly made juice and in some context, wine.

Take alcohol, smoke but don't be an addict. One blunt per week can't kill you.. Alcohol with friends on a Friday night shouldn't kill u. Do everything responsibly

Addiction is subtle in nature, those that got addicted didn't start by drinking everyday, they started with an even better advice than the one you gave up there, then slowly, the addictive characteristic of Alcohol started crawling in and they developed tolerance for a bottle per Friday, and moved on to adding Saturday to it...

Addiction is as wise as a serpent when it crawls in, but it definitely harms, I'm currently fighting addiction to Benson Switch Cigarette and Orijin....I always told myself I wasn't addicted and can stop anytime, but I feel like taking it so bad right now.

The mindset is the greatest asset, don't mess it up with addiction or you'll blame yourself.


Previously I used to have fun doing other things and alcohol never crossed my mind, I couldn't even bear the taste sef, same went for cigarette then as well. But now I see myself wondering if there's any other way one can flex without taking alcohol. That's a huge sign of addiction there men!
