4. Maintain your fixed assets register

5. Maintain your customers and suppliers database

6. Maintain your account payable and receivable

7. Track your income, expenditure and profit

8. Reconcile your accounts

9. Monitor your business performance, and

10. Prepare your financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, Etc, and send them to you via email in PDF.

NOTE

1. All necessary adjustments will be made to your books, to ensure they are tax-compliant

2. This service is 100% online

3. I don’t do taxes, but I will provide you with all the documents you need to file your tax returns

4. If you’re unable to file your taxes yourself, I’ll refer you to a trusted Tax Consultant who will handle your taxes at a very reasonable fee
