You left out an important advice: For boys, learn skills (computer training, etc) and use the skills to do side jobs and/or legitimate businesses and save for days after graduation. I saved up by cutting my expenses(no big screen TV, modest self con, no fancy clothes/parties/women etc) and bought my first 9ja used 199+ Toyota Corolla for Taxi just before final papers at Uni. I am now a businessman though. From there till date, I have paid my bills, take care of younger ones etc. Timeline: 6yrs ago.
