Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by niceguy10: 7:04am On Jun 01, 2010 |
Sorry guys, Botswana is a visa free to Canada, the link you guys send is a fact, just wordering why Botswana dont need a visa to Canada and South Africa Need, knowing the fact that SA is far better than Botswana, |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by justwise(m): 8:47am On Jun 01, 2010 |
dinggle: They will start buying Botswana pasport now, b4 you know it, the canadian govt will remove Botswana from visa free list. Typical of some Nigerians, the same thing happened to Malawi, they rushed their pasports untill the British govt removed them from visa free list. |

Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by niceguy10: 12:21pm On Jun 01, 2010 |
Is not easy for anyone getting Botswana passport, you can only buy SA passport if you have money, a Nigerian friend of mine was pick up in Botswana Home Affairs when trying to get one. |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by tybrown: 2:27pm On Jun 01, 2010 |
yes.with botswana passport u can enter canada, dublin, london on 6 months entry.i use botswana passport.it is not like nigeria passport that is not visa free to any country.botswana is a cool and organise country ,very different from what we have here. |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by dancewith: 7:04pm On Jun 01, 2010 |
nice-guy10: The reason is simple. Botswana is a country of less than 2 million people. About 1,990,000 to be exact. This is less than anyy state in Nigeria In contrast, South Africa is 49.3 million people. So it possibly is a question of risk. Should the entire Botswana people chose to immigrate to canada (an extremely unlikely scenario), the impact might not really be much compared to south africa |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by shilling(f): 5:52am On Jun 02, 2010 |
justwise: That's been happening for years now. Bots is full of Nigerians, Ghanaians, and mostly Zimbabweans married to Batswana. Thing is, with Bots - u can't have multiple citizenship. When you become 21, you have to choose 1, and that sucks!! But, for anyone who's interested, Motswana women think Naija guys are hot lol. So, it should be relatively easy to marry one of them dancewith:Batswana are waaay less than that . . . they counted "foreigners" lol. Botswana - more cows than people, omg. |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by noblegas2(m): 7:10am On Jun 02, 2010 |

shilling: You are very funny |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by Nobody: 9:13am On Jun 02, 2010 |
It is visa free but if you are thinking of acquiring fake botswana passport, then FORGET it 1. its extremely difficult to do so,they are far less corrupt than the average nigerian is used to.They pride themselves as being the least corrupt in Africa 2. Those of you saying Botswana is poor are wrong.Their GDP is in the top 3 in Africa and their currency is the continents strongest. 3.The only African country that can afford free tertiary education for its citizens anywhere in the world 4.Very nationalistic and proud people 5. If you are caught with a fake botswana passport abroad and deported, they will show you pepper in jail. You might be jailed for more than 5 years 6. Acquiring Botswana citizenship by marriage takes 10 years and you must speak Motswana ALL in ALL not quite as easy as people think. My advice: LOOK elsewhere |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by seunbanme: 9:48am On Jun 02, 2010 |
MrPrsdent: seconded !!! BTW why do you think people take such risk, knowing full well that they would face the full wrath of the law when they get caught at the airport abroad Sum1 here(tybrown)even claims he has/uses it!! |
Re: Is Botswana A Visa Free To Canada by shilling(f): 8:13am On Jun 03, 2010 |
MrPrsdent: Their GDP is actually pretty low, you meant GDP per capita - which is ridiculously high. Yeah, and free education is awesome (although you pay back some of it if your major isn't science related). MrPrsdent:Setswana. Yeah, and even if you're given a Botswana passport, once you're over the age of 21, you have to renounce one cos they don't allow multiple citizenship which is pretty odd. I completely agree with you - it's not worth it!! I'd rather be Nigerian than Motswana. |
