The only way Israel can ensure its security, is by finding an equitable solution to the Palestinian problem. It isn't by storming aid ships with commando's and shooting civilian volunteers dead; in fact I would say that the repercusions might be dire for all sides.

Are there real security concerns ob the Israeli side? Yes there are, but Israeli actions have started turning World opinions against them. Israel is beginning to look like a rogue state.

I think you're deliberately misstating the situation. Storming the ships with commandos was not necessarily a bad call. Would you have preferred they landed aboard the ships with Boy scouts?
We've seen videos that show the commandos being mobbed and beaten with sticks and bars. I don't know if you know this but beatings with bars and clubs are not fun. We've seen the Israeli soldiers being assaulted by the civillians. That alone is enough to put the lie to the claims from the organizers that resistance would have just been to stand in the way of the captains quarters etc. The activists actively attacked the IDF soldiers.
Please review the video evidence.

There's still a lot to condemn in the actions of the IDF, but to absolve the activists of all blame and responsibility and to neglect the video evidence of their armed resistance  is a shocking case of bias.
