I admit it might be risky to photoshop obasanjo- but usually in developed countries they cite the photographer of the picture. Conveniently missing of course in this article. the picture is Obasanjo and Gbenga.jpg. Apparently someone probably emailed them the picture lol . A photoshopped picture.
