I think PMB has done his best, which is sadly not good enough. Duke on the other hand, is someone who's had a reputation of good performance - at least better than most of the candidates, including the incumbent.

Duke is more likely to bring investments, diversification, and the experience of running a wealthy state well. Wealth creation will go a long way towards curbing the crimes (including official corruption) we experience daily. PMB is likely to spend 24 combined months in London in his second term, still chasing shadows from decades ago, blaming past administrations, continuing partisanship, and further dividing the country.
