The display of the Nigeria team could be described as the surprise package of the week for many Nigerians.

Many were even afraid to watch the game, they were afraid of hypersensitivity bla bla. Who cares?

The Super Eagle showed that we still have a team we can rely on. We shouldn't see this win as a fluke because the Almighty Argentina as one of the favourite teams in the World Cup failed to defeat Iceland.

The results show commitment, teamwork and hard working by the players.

Finally, the result didn't come as a surprise. It started with the Coach. He listened to many Nigerians and football analysts who criticized the team after the loss against Croatia.

He listened and made changes. The change has given us the Victory today.

If our politicians could learn from Rohr by listening to Nigerians then we would have a better Nigeria.

@OP, I really appreciate your write up about the coach listening to the criticisms of sport loving Nigerian's. The victory for once made us forget tribal war of words especially among the 3 major tribes but supported the team & the players simply because we are Nigerians. We can use this oneness to build a better Nigeria if we all come together as one people
