I've heard a lot of people say different stuff about the most in-demand field right now, some say its Cloud Computing, some say its Web Development , and some say its Machine Learning. So I just wanna know your thoughts?

All those are closely knit. You don't have to learn in any particular order but it's better to start from web development before diving into the concepts of cloud computing and building Cloud based web apps or SaaS apps. Machine learning is something you can learn without going into web dev first, just pick a programming language, learn the basics and research on Machine learning, along the way you'd probably come in contact with terms like big data, Artificial Intelligence etc...

So which one should I go for,web development or machine learning?

I think its data mining. Data scientist are hot cakes in the us. i dont know for nigeria.

Forget machine learning if you aren't a whiz in Math who can develop dynamic algorithms . Big Data analysis may be easier to get into if you learn python and R programming language.
