All these people complaining about getting home late. You don't necessarily need to have dinner at home. You can have it before u get home like 6- 6:30pm if u know u get home late from work & when/ if u feel hungry later then u can take water.. E no easy sha but its worth it.

I'm on intermittent fasting 23:1 and 48 hours on the weekends
