what is the disadvantage of having two account with different bvn? am banking with fidelity bank and my friend who is a marketer in diamond bank convinced me to have a second account with diamond bank and I agreed. one thing led to another, a new bvn code was created by diamond bank. pls can a person have two bvn numbers. bankers in the house I need your opinion on this matter

You can't have two bvn number, it just one link to many or all your bank account.

Why did diamond bank claim to create new bvn for you, because it's not possible.

BVN is centrally manage by department under CBN. It's biometric registration with fingerprints, Face detection machine. You can't have 2 BVN registration, the machine will detect when synchronized to the main central server.
