hello guys, i just want to know if there's any cause for alarm. I was bathing this evening and, mistakenly i fell and hit my head on the wall of the bathroom. I got up immediately(with a slight headache) but i don't know there's a need for 4
a scan whatsoever. Apart from the slight headache i feel nothing more. doctors in the house hope I'll be fine.

There is no trauma to the head that must be taken as simple as that!

Someone fell in a bath tub and ended with partial seizures till today.
Another one fell in a bathtub and 'yamutu' till today.

If a boxer receives a jolting blow on the head, falls down and wants to continue to fight, NO: he has lost the fight. The match will be stoped. The same thing for a footballer; he will discontinue the match.

What do people think happened to Muhammed Ali or Rashid Yekini?
In a blow or fall with the head as target the tissues of the brain strike against the bonny skull with force and may result in a bruise. This bruise may not even be evident on a scan. Much later the bruise forms a scar and blood supply is disorganised. (katakata don burst be dat o).
In your case, if you did not end up with headache (which means something went wrong inside the brain) one would have said you are free. This is not to scare you but to state the truth as it is. Dont just do machoman and take it lightly.
Answer the questions: Did you see stars? Did you shout? Did you feel dizzy? Where you unconcious even for a second?

thanks for your concern, i was very conscious, but felt a slight headache and a little light headed. star? i didn't see any star, but i had a little Noise in my ear(similar to when you get an hot slap). it was all a scary experience though.
