Hi everyone. Please I made a booking on Emirates airline and I paid with my credit card but i won't be able to make the journey anymore because i don't know the exact day I'll be able to fly then I want to cancel it and get refund but I've been having difficulty doing this on their website where I made the payment. Can anyone put me through? |

First and foremost,check the condition of the ticket if a cancellation is permitted and changeable,then you follow the instruction online.Alternatively you can as well call their customer care or go to any nearby Emirate ticket office to sort it out 2 Likes |
