I'd like to know who holds the remaining 68.9% shares

Who are the majority shareholders??

And why was this done in a seemingly hush-hush manner, strategically now.

.

Same here, spot on question

Good one...
People think Central Banks are owned by their Governments. They don't know that Central banks are very privileged private entities with great powers to drive economies the way they deem fit or profitable for their interests.
The FG just sold its assets in the Printing company to raise funds. I'm concerned that what it could raise was just a mere 17b naira from this sale.
there are not far fetched

The world contains continents, each containing series of countries.

Each of this country has its own wealth.. Through natural resources and its financial system.

The same way an individual can lend you money with its own interest rate and terms of conditions.

Is the same way countries do...

Haven't you read in the news lately that china (a country) loan Africa (a continent) 60+ billion dollar...

Also as an additional knowledge, any resource found within international boarder belongs to the United Nation... And these international bodies each generate money and lend to each other/countries

In essence, from what you have said, Africa and the rest (debtors) are the world while China and others are not.

Best comments so far. All that is left in this country is gradually being sold off or loaned out. Annoying thing is that the populace don't know (beclouded by 2019).
