he looted the fund as what? President? Governor? Zone governor? Ode...the guy was never part of the executive so you can said he looted all the funds. He did not prepare budget neither is he delegate to execute project. As senate president he helped made laws, and led a peacefull house not the Saraki/APC house of comotion we now have. If not all the aspirants, majority of them have nothing to offer to the Nigerian economy.
