Hello fellow entrepreneurs, I created this thread for startups and intending entrepreneurs to meet and ask questions bothering them and let's see how we help ourselves ... We going to be needing the services of some gurus with regards to their directives and advice. They include :

Oga them, we will be glad to receive your profitable advice on this thread.

My first question is, how does a startup pay employees especially if it is a professional - like a manager ?

Regards

NB : NO ADVERT HERE AT ALL

You have no business as a start up to employing a professional as a start up, because you have to think of the salaries. Take it a step at a time. You rather be the manager

As a startup, you need to be strategic about hiring and salary payment.
As a startup, you know that you don't have the financial capacity to start paying manager/s or professional because of financial, why can't you partner with that person and pay him/her according to what comes in (profit sharing basis)

You can also give them some percentage of your business, that might motivate them to work with you.

There are different strategies but just find the one that suite you and let the arrangement be win-win.
I hope you get the gist
