I've been following this forum for years now and I must say u have rly impacted on many lives and u deserve some sort of award for dat..BT however this is my first time of making a personal plea post cause am in between cross-roads and in dire need of help.

I'm a graduate of International Relations from Ebonyi state University, I've been abandoned by my family simply because they want me to stop a postgraduate diploma program am doing in a federal university in Ebonyi state reasons been that the course (Criminology and security studies)has no employability status in Nigeria, as it is now, its been very hard for me to survive as i don't even have any means of faring myself to school or even feeding.Meanwhile,i was able to start this program through my savings after my service year in 2017, that was why i insisted against all odds that i must complete it.

My problem now is that no one is willing to employ me as my lecture days are Mondays and Tuesdays thereby making me chanced only on the other 3 days of the week. please I would be really grateful if you can hook me up with any nairaland member either here in Ebonyi or Enugu state who can gainfully employ me as i am barely surviving now. I studied History and International Relations in my first degree. I also have some business ideas which could need some funding...

I may not have a job for you but since you are a Graduate of criminology and security services at that, have you ever considered doing open-source projects to help improve your employability in the industry?

Nigeria is in dire need of a DNA database at this point to help keep track of the many criminals out there , including rapists. Why not consider a study of how feasible it would be to, maybe using one of the available open-source dna databases out there, to include and allow for utilization of the technology beginning from right in the state you currently live in?

A helper will find you by Gods grace...this country isn't easy but keep striving
