Hi everyone,im here to tell you about weightloss and introduce you to a weight loss program.

loosing some weight sometimes can be tedious,makes us not to have our favourite meals etc,pls nobody should believe those who say "food cant make you fat"cos foods can make you add some undesirable weight.

i was once a fat person,but i overcame it after a long time of deliberations and procrastinations just because i didnt want to do somethings and let go of somethings also.

Am not going to bore you guys with long talks.Am here to tell you that i have a weightloss class ongoing (no buying of weighloss machines and all that) for people who seriously want to shed some fat,it goes for as long as you want.There are meal routine challenges,3 days challenges and interesting challenges.There are rules to follow also(nothing dictatorial).it comes at a small fee just #2000
