Miss Charity Dumadi, winner of Miss Bodo City 2017 marked the International Girl Child's Day by bonding with the students of Bodo City Girls Secondary School.

Bodo City is a town in Rivers State. The home town of Miss Nigeria 2015, Pamela Peter- Vigboro and the current Secretary General of Rivers State, Hon. Kenneth Kobani and other influential politicians and dignitaries from the Ogoni Ethnic nationality.

Other items including Sanitary pads were shared to the Students after a talk show to mark the day.
