A well-established State Licensed Microfinance Bank with major presence in Oyo State requires HARDWORKING, DILIGENT AND RESPONSIBLE MARKETERS to fill existing vacancies in the Group Loan Marketing Dept.

JOB LOCATION: Ibadan

DUTIES
The candidate will be required, but not limited to:
• Open a minimum number of account monthly for group loan customers as stated in monthly target
• Evaluate customers loan needs through a thorough assessment and recommend amount to be disbursed to the supervisor
• Follow up on disbursed loan to ensure effective repayment and collection
• Plan daily movement according to monthly target schedule
• Maintain cordial working relationship with existing customers and while creating new customers
• Initiate ideas on business development and ensure cost cutting measure on job delivery
• Coordinate groups of client and attend meetings regularly


QUALIFICATION
• OND/NCE in any discipline
