Please house I need advice on this I recently got a job in a thrift collections firm where they do withdrawal and deposit. My employment is just a week now. Tomorrow i'll be resuming at one of their branches pay is 20+. Now the issue is a just got a message today from another organization for an interview on Tuesday. I don't know how to go about it. Should I inform the manager about the interview even though am just a week old in his company.

To be sensible and just, inform the manager.
To be realistic (and know being just doesn't work here), you can find a way to go for the interview without him knowing.
