What you don't understand is that whatever Amaechi Faction did is null and void so all the primaries conducted from House of Assembly to Rep. to senate and governorship is all gone, so inverably APC will not be taking part in next year election in Rivers state

Well,i understand now.no damage.the supreme court only asked that the high court ruling which stopped any congress from being elected be obeyed.therefore,both parties are back to square one to re-conduct primaries and am sure ojukaye and cole will still emerge.
