My skin break out in goosebumps.

My heart is heavy and thumping in fear and anxiety.

My eyes start to overflow with tears and they stream down my checks uncontrollably.

It’s happening again you see.

My life is derailing and there’s nothing I can do about it but watch in horror.

Death would be painful but welcomed.

Life will go on without me in it.

My last thoughts would be; I tried to live.
