USE LAW WITH LOVE
2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them .
3 Yea, he loved the people ; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.
Deut.33:2-3
Our God is a fiery law giver but yet a great lover. The same way Jesus who is a Lion of the tribe of Judah, He is also the lamb that was slain before the foundation of the world.
Law is actually meant to guide, coordinate and direct our activities and interactions with one another. But it is quite unfortunate that the way most people use law is to condemn and not correct. The law should be used to keep people into doing right and not just kill people(courage, uniqueness, special abilities, etc) for doing wrong.
There is need to inculcate a leadership style that discipline with love (caning and caring) either at home or in office. The balance of discipline with love will bring best out of people. Growth is critical part of nature for all living things. There is need to nurture people into maturity in behavior, manners and attitude.
